While we decide on the more "frivolous"
matter of the domain name, I
would like to ask that all of us participating in the list define our
intentions to participate on the initial working groups that we have
established.
There's no need to "lurk" working groups, let's only join those
groups
where we want to focus our active participation; the Council will be
aware of all the group's plans and activities anyway.
I also propose that if you feel that you could coordinate a WG, you
mark your name with "**"
