1) as the domain is for the CNSIG, I would suggest to make this explicit

cnsig.org would be even better, as .org is managed by ISOC and SIGs are
part of ISOC). This would also avoid overlap with DC3 website

2) as a procedural suggestion, I think it would be good to share a “Call
for Suggestions” before preparing a survey and then define a deadline to
reply to the CfS and to the survey so that everyone has the possibility

Hi Luca,
I agree. I "sort of" did that call with the first e-mail. When some
options were proposed and no new ones were coming in I created the poll.

We can make it more formal in the future, so we are all clear about our
procedures.

The poll has very few votes:

I had proposed friday 29 to end the selection of the domain name, is
everyone ok with that or do you prefer us to extend it?

If we all prefer to discuss this further, we can of course cancel the
poll and keep the discussion open here; but let's set a time-frame to
get it solved soon. We need the domain name to operate not only the
website but also the lists.

Cheers!
Nico
