Hi all,

Considering we are going to have an important number of people in the
meeting, I'd like to propose that we have an experienced facilitator to
help us better organize and focus.

I'd like to propose Rodrigo Monelos, who has been working with
AlterMundi but also with other members of this SIG in facilitation roles
for different projects.
