Should I include Bruno or others as list admins?

It would be good to try to generate meaningful traffic on that list, to
get people to join (maybe just add everyone that is a CNSIG member in
the ISOC system), so we can learn if they are really interested and/or
working with CNs or just joined out of curiosity... which can also be
good but needs other strategies and/or dedication. 

To clarify because some may be confused about this: we have a council
list (this one) and a discussion list (linked above) which is open to
everyone that joins the CNSIG through the ISOC portal. The discussion
list is mostly silent so far.
