While we establish this formal procedures, for the case of Roger - and
maybe for any other such "applications" that come in before procedures
are in place -  we can ask the applicants to send an e-mail stating:

Organization:

Representative/s:
(name <email>)

Description:
(Brief description of the Organization's involvement in Community Networks)


I can ask Roger to send such info and share it with the Council.


Panos had Suggested we create a simple web form to receive applications.
We can implement that easily.
