Hi all,

Sebastián Bellagamba from ISOC has proposed that the CNSIG be in charge
of the initiative to organize an ISOC sponsored Community Networks
regional meeting in Latin America during 2018. And we are also planning
to organize a global summit during 2019.

I'm starting this thread so we can begin (or continue) to discuss the
matter.

We need to start defining the details. One important decision is if we
will try to "piggyback" on other events to reduce travel costs; and if
so, which options do we have?
