Here is what we got back from ISOC.DE

"They are open in general but would like to discuss what you have in
mind and if ISOC.DE could also have a small say or participation. They
propose three dates in August: 7.8. (active members) 14.8. (board) 21.8.
(active members))."

Anyone interested in participating in these meetings to see if ISOC.DE
can channel money to CNSIG?

applpications for BNET close on july 31st. I think we are late now to
start the process...
