A quick „hi“ from Copenhagen – The inception impact assessments and public consultation on the Digital Services Act (upcoming revision of the E-Commerce Directive) are out and might be of interest to you.

 

consultation will form the basis of a revision of inter alia the European liability exemption rules – and might very well turn into the single most important regulatory overhaul since 2000.
