This document will serve as introduction of the DC3 report that will be presented at the IGF, at DC3 session.
I am working on the editing process of the book and will share updates ASAP.
According to the draft IGF schedule, the DC3 session should be on 19 December from 17:20 to 18:20 https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/index.php?q=filedepot_download/4223/745
The book co-authors will present their findings at the DC3 session in an open debate with all the participants.
