This is a very interesting topic.  Note that there are some CNs whose focus is tech and sustainable energy.

There are many dynamics in the refugee camps, and we are talking to a few people/orgs to see what we might be able to do for CNs in the camps or for  CNs that could be started.

The politics are tricky, but let us see.
