The ITU/UNOHRILLS report is an interesting read on Universal & Affordable Internet in Least Developed Countries (LDCs) but, quite surprisingly, the report does not mention the existence of Community Networks as an option to build affordable connectivity.

 

I wonder if this omission is intentional or due to lack of knowledge…
