Question1
Priority should be about internationalĀ  risk management in times of crisis. This could be to support immediate connectivity and ensuing issues for events such asĀ  the covid19 andemic and associated ICT issues, a tsunami etc. A focus on UN emergency operations communications for citizens and UN SDGs long term as new normals come in to existence post event...bridging the digital gap in times of crisis, for fast relief to reach a new normalĀ  .

The IGF Dynamic Coalitions are well placed bottom up groups to identify emerging risks and provide observations for uptake for discussion. DCs should be consulted annually in a systematic manner and an open call to all DCs be made so that cross cutting issues can be considered.Ā 

Consideration should be given also to development of sustainable circular economies for technology with low waste and participation from local nonprofit groups for cost effective local solutions.

Question 2

Up to 75 members of two year terms each with a good balance of sectors, stakeholders, regions, age and gender. IGF dynamic coalitions should also have a seat.Ā 

Question 3

Should be virtual meetings so that there can be affordable access.

Question 4

Quality access is key to meets the UN SDGs in the new world era.
