Hey guys thank you so much for the directions, I already updated the declaration, I'm still working on the resources as the mardown used in the document is no the same one in the text editor of CMS we are using so that requires a little more time for me to put everything in the correct way as the list is long (fortunately :) ).

I think that until we have the new site we should  update this one as well so I'll handle that (with the latest news) this weekend! Also I put a new picture in the cover that I think it's appropriate. (you let me know!)

I'll keep you posted with the updates, please let me know when we are ready to go with the new site or anything else that you may need for me, as usual I'll be happy to help.

Kind regards,
Maureen

Hello everyone, thank you so much Jane and Christian!

Now I think Luca is the one who registered the domain, Christian could you please let us know where it should point now?

Thanks :)

Hi Maureen –

I passed that data on to Christian.
So that the info is clear to all.  We are going through a major upgrade of our main site.
We had too many delays and Christian has a faster option.

Christian is your “go-to” on this.

Best,
Jane

Subject: Re: [DC3] RES: Update on website resource page

Hello guys,

I'm sorry to missed that as well.

Here are the specs we were asked the first time:

1.     What is the expected level of IT involvment?  I assume you only need us to set it up and you manage?

Yes, We only need a manager on the other side in case something goes wrong, someone with low level access, I mean that if I don't have the means to do low level task (like reboot, reinstalling, ...) can do that for me

2.     What are needs of the site? CPU / Memory / Disk Space?

We need a simple set right now, maybe 1gb memory, 20gb disk space and cpu depends on what's available...

3.     Is this a temporary (couple of years) or a permanent site? I assume “permanent”, but let us know.

Just temporary until we connect  3 billions haha... in a more serious tone I think it's a permanent site

4.     Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations?

I'm not quite sure... if you have any options for me to choose that would be awesome, basically as much as you can on a best effort basis

So maybe you can work with that as well Christian, I have the a theme and I'm ready to go whenever you want to kickoff, I'll be updating the content sent by Michael in our current site immediately, please keep me posted

Warm regards,
Maureen
