As per our  face to face meeting today at RIGHTSCON   we discussed the  pending  IGF  proposal due later this month.  

I would suggest we create a  Google doc using the  IGF  template for proposal.

Note  if you intend to be a speaker  you will need to complete the  IGF Speaker profile .
