Hi Nicolas and all,

I have created another pad for the workshop proposal because I had some serious technical problems using the original pad (when writing, letters appeared in the middle of previous words..)

I copied and pasted your proposal and made some modifications/tweaks. Please add your suggestions and specify if you want to be a panelist, co-organiser or rapporteur BY THE END OF THE WEEK

Also, I compiled all the suggestions in the attached DC3 Call for papers. Please, let me know if I have missed anything. If everything is fine we can share it. (I put my email address as a recipient of the submissions because we do not have an official DC3 email address yet)

Lastly, today I spoke with the IGF Secretariat and they confirmed we can use the collaborative platform of the IGF website to compile good practices and propose common principles. I will ask to set up the platform as soon as we define a calendar for the good practice compilation/principles elaboration.
