The International Development Research Centre (IDRC) has announced a call for expressions of interest related to a new cyberpolicy pilot program that
is open to established research organizations in eligible low-, middle-, or upper-middle income countries in sub-Saharan and North Africa, the Middle East, South, and South East Asia.
