In the past CWG-Internet in February, both Canada and the UK proposed also community networks as a topic for discussion. You can find all the contributions here: https://www.itu.int/md/S19-RCLINTPOL12-C/en. The countries who opposed community networks at the plenipot also blocked this from happening at the CWG other delegations
With a strong country from the Global South like Brazil
submitting it, this time the result may be different. Let's follow
up the result.

Dear fellows I am writing here to ask for all of u to pay attention about the public calls that the agencies are doing in the member states to make suggestions to the public consultation of ITU about CNs
I will share the doc with some suggestions, that the folks of ISOC-BR and Luca helped to make it better :-) in the last draft of Anatel.
PS.: Remebering that this doc is it in the context of the brazilian contributions
