I think the call is open until Wednesday. ,

So, it's a tight deadline, but doable. 

I have a much longer and fleshed-out version of my DC3 report from 2017 that I'm thinking of submitting (it's 80+ pages now). We'll see what happens (not too much interest in sustainable networks, these days it seems. If that's not the case, let me know. I'd love to secure funding to finish it).
