Hi All,
I just wanted to clarify on this that these conversations have been initial talks and any kind of partnership will be previously discussed with all DC3 members.
We have many things to do... but one step at a time!

Sorry about the confusion. – I wasn’t commenting on the DC3 report – just the explanation of Wi-Fi.

Just to add that I am supporting of the other Nicolás comment about acknowledging that connectivity may be in different but it have unintended consequences.

While many of the technical details of the report are correct one must be wary about how the dots are connected.

I understand your concern.

For now, this is a draft that is not signed yet, and it is an agreement between the individuals that have been part of the conversation, not between institutions.

That being said, I trust that the commitment done by the representatives is solid and they are commited to make this done.
