I wrote it in response to the concerns over neutrality but, far more important, we need to start to shift the conversation away from it being about networks as such and we need to view the networking as simply one way we take advantage of software to create and seize opportunities.

I’m reminded of the conversation an Rio. A group had figured out how to use a radio to do more than voice but not quite how to use it as a generic shared pipe.  At a more general level it’s not just doing the same-old better but thinking how we build things and the importance of opportunity in many guises rather than providing solutions.
