I have noticed that the link to
discussions at the Internet Governance Forum 2016.
is broken.
Also, it may be better to point to the Declaration’s page on the DC3 website (as soon as it will be updated) rather than
pointing to the codigosur etherpad (which could be modified)
Hope the Declaration’s page on the DC3 website could be updated soon
