We should have a common cal near marked to all and each one can respond if anyone attending and thus represent the collective
I agree with Christian,
An active outreach effort could involve actually doing *something* in
most of these events where there are 2-3 members of DC3 present. LACNIC
events as well as IETF events allow for BoF-style meetings that could be
a way of getting more people involved.
