Hi all,
Thanks Maureen! I am happy if those links @nethood.org are useful and
this reminded me to update them :)
I would also like to stress that this list was compiled from the local,
"beyond Internet access", perspective and it is not meant to cover
all types of community networks.
I take also the opportunity to inform those that have not heard already
that there will be a related workshop organized next to a big engineering
conference, IFIP networking, in Stockholm, June 12:
http://diynetworking.net/ifipnetworking2017/
(a joint venture of three EU projects: http://netcommons.eu,
http://mazizone.eu and http://rife-project.eu)
It includes also the "Internet access to all" perspective and while
there will be a regular technical session with a proper reviewing,
publishing process, etc. we more than welcome "experimental"
contributions.
The goal is to bring closer people working in different disciplines,
but also artists and activists.
Last year the focus was more on art and design,
http://diynetworking.net/mobisys2015/programme.php
and this year we are thinking to focus more on action
and successful community networks.
Please let me know if you are interested to participate and need some
guidance.
The deadline for abstract submissions is March 20th.
Best,
Panos.

Maureen: the list you shared is amazing! I'm not the best to evaluate their usefulness, but it seems it would practically double what we already have on the Google Doc.
Also, it was my pleasure to get the resources together :)
Luca: what's the status of the website to host these resources?
Best,
-Michael

Mike thank you so much for this... I have found a useful source of
resources, that I'm not sure if we are including them but it seems
a useful categorization of efforts and related topics... We can
have a look at it if you have a moment next week to see if it's
worth to include some of them.
This is the list

Luca, I've been updating it periodically with new resources
(as people share them as well as new ones I come across).
Check out the updated list on the Google doc you shared:

<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Lp5DTB2Bso4Uz7yn3f7yza9 >0Z9iqm6sUCONyLCcFWqc/edit
Also, once you get it on a static web page, aside from sharing
on the list, how do you suggest we offer new resources? It
might be tedious to constantly add new ones (unless a
colleague is willing to do that -- I can as well!).
Best,
-Michael
