Perhaps something to showcase internationally to show what can be done in rural areas.... it would be interesting to have international case examples of these private and nonprofit initiatives ...also a place where wannabees can seek support for their new initiatives, a resource group ...?

It is interesting to see someone make a commercial community network.
As we say in the software world: "Show us the source code!".  In other
words, it would be nice to see how it is done and how to replicate it.
Because as some scientist once said: "If a scientific paper is not
entirely reproduceable, it is just propaganda.".
