[LibreRouter] [FCC-free] converted to

Hello folks, as part of the reorganization discussed at the last meeting https://librerouter.org/article/meeting-2016-08-19/ we are converting the "fcc-free(a)listas.altermundi.net" into "librerouter(a)listas.librerouter.org" It's on a different server, but I just migrated the subscriptors list (around 20 people) and rsynced the pipermail archive, so history is not lost https://listas.librerouter.org/pipermail/librerouter/ Please direct your emails to librerouter(a)listas.librerouter.org from now on, fcc-free is no longer active (received mails are withheld), and will be deleted soon cheers!
