libremesh documenttion effort : start

As we are totally new to the system and code and foremost walk on "foreign ground", for the time beeing we would like to prefer not to publish our efforts to the official libre-mesh site.

By time and with some help it might mature to move.

Everybody with some insight on the code is welcome helping to achive this.
