Not anymore :D
Now lime-app can be selected without FirstBootWizard.

With OpenWrt 18.06.x there was no problem.
With OpenWrt 19.07.4 there was a problem which has been completely
solved in OpenWrt 19.07.5 which has been released yesterday.

So I just updated the development page on the website stating that to
compile an image people should use the v19.07.5 branch of OpenWrt code:
