"python3-distutils" have been installed.
Can't find any python2-distutils in Ubuntu, which I use to compile.

The package "python3-distutils" is already in the dependencies listed in
the development page, can you check you have it installed on your system?
In case you have it installed, but the error happens anyway it could be
that we also need the Python2 version of distutils (whose I don't know
the package name). If so, can you update the development page?
