I too am still having issues of routers sporadically not being able to reach the internet even though they can ping the exit node router and as well as all other nodes.

Tested as always with stock images from repo.lime

I’ll post back with bmx6 logs next time it happens

That's strange.
Which router models are them?
Do they have a WAN port and in this case, which port did you use for
wired connections (I would use WAN port just for A router to connect to
the ISP router).
An useful debug info would be the output from

bmx6 connect show=status show=interfaces show=links show=originators
show=tunnels

on each device.
