actually 10.13.*.* is for generic firmwares!
if you cook one for your community or even change ssid with lime-config, it will change the ip range to another one based on the ssid hash

Could it be that 10.5.5.55 is the IP of your computer and not of the router?
Can you try with the IP ending with .0.1?
So like this:
ssh root@10.5.0.1
