I did not follow the whole conversation but I recently created a docker image to use cooker. Maybe that helps?

See it at the pull requests of lime-sdk

Unfortunately, I cant format my computer now. I have a lot of stuffs I

Usually is possible to upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 without formatting.

If there is no way us to rectify for now might be because there is no
support for ubuntu 15.10,

think you can just download the libncurses5-dev package from Ubuntu
14.04 repository which have also the 5.9 version of ncurses.
It's risky as you will have to install a lot of packages as
dependencies, from a repository which is not the correct one (15.10),
this things are the ones which can screw your installation.

I will propose that some one can help me with
the firmware for TP-Link 3600 .

You can just download the official pre-configured image for that here:
http://downloads.libremesh.org/dayboot_rely/17.06/targets/ar71xx/generic/tl-wdr3600-v1/lime_default/

or make one with https://jefe.tk

Also, I discovered that
http://libremesh.org/docs/quick_starting_guide.html
<http://libremesh.org/docs/quick_starting_guide.html>

is down with all the tutorials that will help me to flash my hardware.
The URL of some guides changed 'cause we added a prefix for
localization, for example that guide in English is now here:
http://libremesh.org/docs/en_quick_starting_guide.html
sorry for that...
Bye,
