I thought the needs were already recognised, or at least, let’s say I agree in thinking they exist ;]

I feel that talking about concrete tools at this point would get us
into a conversation of which tools are best, instead of being able to
recoginse what we need and, based on what we have, we can see what new
services we deploy.
