People visiting from other parts of Ecuador have the same problem as me connecting to Telegram from our LibreMesh network (without a VPN) using the Telegram app on Android, and they do not have this problem in other parts of Ecuador.

How can I tell if our LiMe network is dual stack v4/v6 or just v4?

Desktop Telegram does not suffer this problem. I have not tested with iOS.

Recently, while connected to our LibreMesh network in Ecuador, I

connects to the internet in the USA, the Docker build completed
successfully. I have also noted that Telegram sometimes takes a
minute
or more to connect to its network and exchange messages, when other

have no delay (email, WhatsApp). Any ideas what might be happening? I
guess it would be helpful to do another test from a different network
in
Ecuador to see if the issue is with LibreMesh or Ecuador.

Are you observing this behaviour persistently?

Yes, during months

How can I tell?
