*Atalaya Sur* is a project which mission is to bring technology to the
historically most neglected people of Argentina.
In this way, *Atalaya Sur* acts as a fundamental tool for social inclusion,
access to knowledge and knowledge production.
Nowadays, information and communication technologies (ICT) progress at a
frenzied pace, widening the digital gap and exacerbating the structural
inequalities already existing in our society
That’s why *Atalaya Sur* concentrates its efforts along three lines of work:
· Defend people’s right to connectivity for those who are
currently excluded or have very limited access to the Internet developing
community networks
· Make the production of content and speeches on the Internet
available to everyone.
· Encourage technological skills towards IA, programming and
telecomunications workshops, improving both labor and education conditions.

Hello Nico!
Thanks for the website and we will provide a paragraph describing
CooLab's work with pleasure.
I just want to ask if we really need a facebook account, as a group.
RSS works much better than this monopoly.

Thiago

Kyle from ISOC said they'd be officially

I added the Organizations list at:
http://cnsig.info/organizations/
Please check for errors.
It would be great if each organization could send a small paragraph and
their logo to put in that page.
And by the way... if you are not aware of who are everyone else
participating in the group, go check their websites! :)
I also set up auto-updating (via the site's RSS) Twitter account
(@ISOC_CNSIG) and Facebook page (
facebook.com/cnsig)
Cheers!

minimal
website (statically generated) so we can have a landing page
when the
SIG is announced by ISOC (very soon).
It's currently hosted in Github Pages, but we can move it (or
completely
replace with another option) at any time:
http://cnsig.info
I would like to add (and keep updated) a list of the Council
Members and
Trusted Advisors. Does anyone have a problem with having their
organization and name listed there? I believe the biggest asset
of this
group is the group itself! So listing everyone publicly will
help when
inviting new communities and organizations to join.
Cheers,
