Dear all,
It is a great honor to be in this group. Thanks for the invitation!
The Bylaws are very nicely drafted.
I did only some minor edits and added a suggestion regarding the
Standing Committees
related to my main interest being here, which is the local dimension of
CNs, the
participation of the overall community in governance and design of local
services, beyond affordable Internet access.
(I will be in Geneva from tomorrow afternoon and until Wednesday
evening, so hopefully
there will be the chance to discuss more in person)

Changed to the same conditions as the Executive Council officers: three
consecutive (1 year) terms maximum.
