I agree. I "sort of" did that call with the first e-mail. When some
options were proposed and no new ones were coming in I created the
poll.
We can make it more formal in the future, so we are all clear about our
procedures.

I had proposed friday 29 to end the selection of the domain name, is
everyone ok with that or do you prefer us to extend it?
If we all prefer to discuss this further, we can of course cancel the
poll and keep the discussion open here; but let's set a time-frame to
get it solved soon. We need the domain name to operate not only the
website but also the lists.
