Sebastián Bellagamba had already mentioned that we would need to coordinate with ISOC on policy issues, which makes sense since we are creating this inside ISOC; seems like they decided it was best to put this in print. We ended up adding this sentence in the description of the Policy and Regulation WG. I'm attaching the last version that we sent to ISOC, so we all have it. Also, the initial officers for the Council that were presented are: Chair: Nicolás Echániz (AlterMundi) Vice-chair: Sol Luca de Tena (Zenzeleni) Secretary: Manuela González Ursi (AtalayaSur) Treasurer: Karla Velasco (REDES) alternate Treasurer: Gioacchino Mazzuco (Ninux) alternate Secretary: Peter Bloom (Rhizomatica) We can decide to make modifications during our first Council meeting.
