Dear all,
Thanks to all those who have provided feedback on the DC3 outcome document so far.
If you have any further feedback or material to add in the section on informative material, please do it by Friday 4 October using the pad https://pad.codigosur.org/DraftPolicyModelCN
All the best
Luca
Hi everybody, here is the public consultation about (or not about :-))
Community NetWorks...
https://www.itu.int/en/council/cwg-internet/Pages/consultation-oct2019.aspx
I think that the debates push the issues to a more generic way about the
concepts of who really is a CN.
With this position its possible to conclude that they choose the middle
way. like Buda could said :-).
Lets participate.

Dear all,
Unfortunately we’ve had to postpone Ritu’s webinar today due to a convergence of technical issues and delays over here on the Oxford University side of things. Sorry!! We’re working on getting our livestreaming functionality up and running very soon. So stay tuned for a new date – we’ll reschedule as soon as possible.
Best,
Kira

Subject: Next 'Rights to the Network' webinar: Oct 10th with Ritu Srivastava
Dear all,
As many of you know, we started a webinar series on ‘Rights to the Network’ as part of the IGF Dynamic Coalition on Community Networks (DC3)<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/dynamic-coalition-on-commu…> to help build capacity and knowledge around issues related to community networks.
I’m excited to let you know that the next webinar will be livestreamed the YouTube Channel for the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy at the University of Oxford (https://www.youtube.com/user/PCMLPOXFORD) on October 10th at 9:30 AM (UTC) with Ritu Srivastava talking about innovations in licensing, based on her experiences in India.
The first webinar was with Steve Song about access to infrastructure. You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/ijjYmOYZzWk
This is a great opportunity to create a dialogue around these issues – you can comment and participate live with Q&A and afterward with comments on the video. Stay tuned for more info closer to the date.
Best wishes,
Kira
