I just visited the http://commconnectivity.org/ and it doesn't resolve.
Will we continue the work on the https://comcon.nu and redirect this domain
that no one wanted to maintain?
If people want, I can share editor credentials on comcon.nu and we should
really keep updating it rather regularly AND share those posts in the
social media, if we actually want some wider traction with our
collaboration. I created all of this after our meeting in Mexico and I
think we should really start showing (and updating) our presence now. I
think this should really be a crowdsourced effort, since we're all
volunteers here.

Hi everyone,
Happy to share reports when good work is done ☺
The project “Community LTE in Papua”, delivered a LTE (CoLTE) network -a lightweight, Internet only LTE core network (EPC)- designed to facilitate the deployment and operation of small-scale, community owned and operated LTE networks, with a particular eye towards expanding Internet access into rural areas with limited and unreliable backhaul.

Hi all,
I just wanted to check who will be at RightsCon, next month. We are redefining the programme of our session on Community Networks: Cooperation, Regulation and Action and it would be good to know if anyone will be in Tunis and would like to share any experience regarding CN laws and regulations.
Meanwhile, thank you very much to all those who took the time to provide comments and feedback to the Model Policy for Community Networks linked below. Hopefully, we could use the RightsCon session to discuss also the Model and the improvements that could be done.
All the best
Luca

Assunto: [DC3] Model Policy for CNs - Proposed DC3 Outcome for 2019
Dear all
Please find the first draft of the Model Policy for Community Networks that I proposed to elaborate as DC3 main outcome for 2019 https://pad.codigosur.org/DraftPolicyModelCN
The draft is based on several works DC3 and its members have developed over the past couple of years. The goal is indeed to consolidate as much as possible the document on which there is already a reasonable degree of consensus and shared thinking.
Please feel free to modify the text, add references, comments [better to add comments into square brackets] and propose tweaks that you find useful.
I would like to discuss this text also at the DC3 RightsCon session (that is the merger of the original DC3 proposal and a proposal put forward by DEF India) to be able to have a new version in a couple of months that we can than discuss and comment ahead of our IGF session.
Ideally, it would be good to have a finalized consensus document before the IGF but we could also use the IGF as a further moment for discussion, if needed.
Looking forward to hearing your reactions
All the best
Luca
