I agree with Christian,
An active outreach effort could involve actually doing *something* in
most of these events where there are 2-3 members of DC3 present. LACNIC
events as well as IETF events allow for BoF-style meetings that could be
a way of getting more people involved.

than two people from this team in any meeting, opening the doors to
others in that meeting willing to join the group.
It's going to help with follow-up, it will also increase this
community, and can incorporate new views and proposals.

will need a meeting room or some support ($) in anyway, please let us
