Hi All –
What about ½ Day 0 (this is a day before the IGF – 5 December) and this rolls into the APC
DiscoTech (fun and tech) that is focused on Community Networking.
NEW and ADDITIONAL FOCUS - And, we could have a FULL day after IGF on 10 December where
we have a full day get together on substantive discussions.
ICTP could come and talk about their hand-held spectrum analyzers/and talk about the new
world record breaking high-speed data link.
We could have longer presentations on projects, best practices, sustainability factors.
And, lightning rounds on new tech, problem-solving, etc.
So – we use the opportunity of the IGF x2
