[DC3] hello and introducing

Hello everyone, I've been following this list quietly since the beggining of the year as a curious but I recently joined the Digital Rights Programm of Artigo 19 Brasil as a Mozilla Openweb fellow and I'll be working mainly with questions regarding CNs, access and intersectionalities, so I'm finally introducing myself here and showing the interest on exchanching experiences and ideas about CNs, LPFM radios, spectrum policies, autonomous communication and how to make those discussions and spaces more diverse. I've been acting with Free and Community radios in Brasil and connected with Latin America for several years and have completed a masters on MediaLab UFRJ on Communications and Intersecctionalities on the use of radiospectrum last year.
