[DC3] Meaningful interventions on IGF2016

Hi everyone, Would like to collect all interventions that we believe have been valuable for our cause, so we can extract those videos and have them published on youtube'ish places for us to use them apart of the big amount of hours of video around. Please, reply to this email with those intervention. Just to easen the task of editting, please send: session, name of the person, what was it about That way will be easier to spot them on the videos (we have a transcript where we can search the interventions).
