Internet does not need governance. Governance occurs when there are the
governors and the governed. Governance would not be necesary if all
members of the community would have equal rights. Agreements based on
non-compulsory standards are the only necesary requirement for this to
happen. For forming a community of equals (instead of a kingdom)
agreements must be met.
I hope this suggestion is implemented.
