My message was a general reminder to all members that we can express ourselves freely with
no need to denigrate specific institutions or people.
As regards your query, I think everyone on this list could confirm there is no affiliation
in favour or against specific institutions.
I don't know how long you have been part of the list but I can guarantee that, over
the past three years, we have debated ideas and shared proposals freely, regardless of the
person/institution they came from but rather focusing on content/substance. My email was
just a reminder to everyone that we all benefit from such a situation.

I am not denigrating anyone. Let me cite what I said (with spelling corrections):
The World Bank is not the best institution to collaborate with. Its actions precede its
name.
In other words, my intention is that people investigate it before applying. Is defending
that institution better than being open about it? Is there an affiliation in favor of the
World Bank by this list administration?
