A way to keep up the momentum, could be to meet each time there's more than two people from this team in any meeting, opening the doors to others in that meeting willing to join the group. It's going to help with follow-up, it will also increase this community, and can incorporate new views and proposals. On those cases when you organize one of these meeting and you feel you will need a meeting room or some support ($) in anyway, please let us know (me and/or Jane).
