[DC3] CN Social accounts for Global Voices

Hi, One of the things we agreed with Global Voices was for them to retweet and translate our social media content. For that, we need to have a list of social accounts for them to follow and be able to share our content in different countries. It would be great for everyone to share accounts in this pad: http://pad.codigosur.org/dc3_social_accounts Please add also every organization you already know are talking about community networks but still they are not part of DC3.
