[DC3] RES: workshop proposal IGF 2016

I wrote this modification to the draft of connecting next billion, I it needed to justify a little more I can do it too. Demonstrating how Connecting and Enabling the Next Billion contributes to reaching the new Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) such as Good Health and Wellbeing (Goal n°3) and Quality Education (Goal n°4) – the IGF could be used as a unique platform to demonstrate the cross-sectoral benefits of Access. Background paper No additional background paper provided Item 16 may be particularly important when the MAG analyzes the workshops. If things work as they did in 2015, it is possible to do some editing. In my view, some obvious topics directly related to the workshop theme are part of the following goals: 4 Quality education 9 Industry, innovation, and infrastructure 10 Reduced inequalities 11 Sustainable cities and communities 17 Partnerships for the goals Of course one can relate practically all 17 goals to community initiatives... It would be relevant to insert something like this in the workshop form if it is still editable.
