Seems like an excellent project. I loohed up the solution provider, and it
is made by a company, with no open source to be found.
Besides the localwiki Steve mentioned above, does anyone know of open
source implementations to this edge content solution?

It reminds me of one of my favourite projects LocalWiki (
https://localwiki.org/) which is still going but I don't know to what
extent it is still under active development.
