[DC3] DC3 Membership

Hi All, I would like to formally request membership to the Dynamic Coalition on Community Connectivity. It was a pleasure to meet many of you at the IGF in Paris. I'm currently based in Berlin and wish to participate in preparation for the 2019 IGF here in Berlin. Name: Adam Burns Affiliation: free2air / netCommons / MiCT / freifunk Stakeholder Group: Civil Society A little about myself: Many moons ago (90s!), I was technical manager for early APC member, Pegasus Networks, and cofounder/ex-director of the Australian ISOC chapter Briefly & more recently: - co-founded arguably Europe's first open access community wireless group, free2air, working with other UK groups such as Consume. - coauthored the picopeering agreement, and helped out in early freifunk mapping & meshing activities. - designed emergency radio network system for MiCT, now deployed in Syria and other parts of Africa & the Middle East. - Advisory Board member for the H2020 netCommons project.
